Are you ready for a supported connection to the shadow within so you can drop the armor around your heart and live in the truth of who you are? Join Jamie Lynn and Erin Marie on Friday, December 3rd for an incredible 90 minute workshop in lovely San Clemente @collectiveenergystudios where we will journey together using Breathwork, Reiki, and Soundhealing connecting us into the present moment to create space in our minds and drop our defenses so we can see things outside of right or wrong.

Jamie Lynn uses Reiki energy techniques and a variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, and more to create a mind, body, spirit healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your being allowing you to deeply integrate the effects and benefits of the Breathwork experience led by Erin Marie.
